Performance-Based Assessment

Performance-based assessments are currently being offered for career and technical education students in select programs. As with the traditional MS-CPAS2, these assessments have been carefully designed by the Mississippi Assessment Center and career and technical education teachers across Mississippi, and they capture student performance using realistic, work-based scenarios. Contact Ashley Priebe Brown (662.325.0459) for more information about performance-based assessment.

Student Certifications

The Mississippi Assessment Center also facilitates certifications for career and technical education students at the secondary and postsecondary levels. Industry-recognized certifications help students open doors to employment opportunities. Contact the Mississippi Assessment Center (662.325.2510) for more information about student certifications.
