 The RCU is dedicated to preparing a resilient and self-sufficient workforce through service, learning and research.

The Research and Curriculum Unit provides university faculty, K-12 administrators, teachers and community college professors the educational curriculum, assessment and evaluation tools to improve teaching and learning.

The RCU outreach projects support partnerships among community colleges and state universities, industry and public school districts in its endeavor to create intellectual leadership for the next century. RCU educational specialists take pride in developing innovative approaches that address critical teaching and learning issues, which provide solutions to social ramifications that impact state and global economies. In essence, the RCU creates intellectual property that positively affects and ultimately ensures the state and nation of having a knowledge-based workforce.
