The RCU is collaborating with the Mississippi Department of Education to provide training for administrators and teachers on the new Mississippi Statewide Teacher Appraisal Rubric (M-STAR) that is part of the overall teacher evaluation model.
Districts in Mississippi are piloting the evaluation system during the 2013-2014 school year. Training has begun statewide.
