Mississippi Career Planning and Assessment System

The MS-CPAS, or the Mississippi Career Planning and Assessment System, is the test given to secondary and postsecondary CTE students, and the results are used to measure technical-skill attainment, which is one of the core indicators of performance required for Perkins IV reporting.

2020-2021 Assessment News

Information regarding secondary CTE testing for the 2020-2021 school year will be released at the August 20th CTE Directors' meeting hosted online by MDE. The CTE Manual will be released the day after the meeting.
