2020 Summer Training Schedule
2020-2021 New Teacher Induction Information

Out of an abundance of caution for stakeholders’ health and well-being during the COVID-19 outbreak, the Mississippi State Research and Curriculum Unit will be modifying its upcoming summer training schedule.

Summer training sessions will either be postponed to the fall, have an online component or receive both modifications.

Educators needing to take methods or CS Discoveries training courses are encouraged to check the RCU website frequently for updates.

Summer New Teacher Induction (NTI) training has been postponed until the late hire training date of Aug. 31-Sept. 4.

More information on NTI can be found here.

Updated training dates will be posted once they are finalized, and registration fees for training will stay the same.

Founded in 1965, the RCU contributes to MSU’s mission as a land-grant institution to better the lives of Mississippians with a focus on improving education. In particular, the RCU benefits K-12 and higher education by developing curricula and assessments, providing training and learning opportunities for educators, researching and evaluating programs, supporting and promoting career and technical education, and leading education innovations.
