Administrators and teachers at the Tunica County School District took time this year to congratulate a long-serving educator on his upcoming retirement.

Metal Fabrication teacher Cedric Winters’ 33-year career was filled with “outstanding teaching, dedication and service,” said Dianne Daley, the David Williams Jr. Career and Technical Center director.

The center held a virtual retirement party for Winters before he concluded his tenure at the school district.
