Tiffany Hodge joined the Research and Curriculum Unit in 2023. She serves as project manager for the Career and Technical Education (CTE) Administrator Academy and as a coach for the New Teacher Institute. In these roles, Hodge works closely with the Mississippi Department of Education’s Office of Career, Technical and Workforce Development Education to support new CTE directors across the state. She coordinates and facilitates professional learning experiences designed to help new administrators grow in confidence and success as they begin their leadership journeys.
Before joining the RCU, Tiffany served 14 years as the CTE director for the Ocean Springs School District, four years as an assistant principal at Ocean Springs Middle and High Schools and seven years as a fifth-grade math teacher at N.E. Taconi Elementary in Ocean Springs. She holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from the University of Southern Mississippi, a master’s degree in elementary education from William Carey University and a specialist’s degree in educational leadership from the University of Southern Mississippi.
